Well-known audio maker Jabra has released the world’s first 180 degree intelligent video communications system. The device has three 13-megapixel cameras, the image from which is stitched into one – thus, all objects located in the hemisphere in front of the gadget are reflected in a single picture. PanaCast is connected in plug-and-play format – just connect it to your computer via USB, you do not need additional software. The manufacturer promises compatibility with all popular platforms: Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Slack, Google Hangouts and others. The device is useful not only for video communication: for example, through the API interface using a neural network, you can at any time find out the exact number of people in a room.
